Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, only on damaged or wrong items sent out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the return/refund process accordingly.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we don't have an exchange policy, any items that are eligible to be returned can be returned for a refund only. If you need an alternative product you would be required to return the items and place a new order. This would only apply to unused and undamaged items.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Any damaged items received , please make sure to contact us immediately so we can manage the issue accordingly. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. A member of the team will contact you regarding your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
